Molten Inferno
This art of Dehya’s own invention changes its method of use depending on the combat situation.

Indomitable Flame
This skill will be unleashed should there be no Fiery Sanctum field created by Dehya herself present at the time.
Deals AoE Pyro DMG, and creates a field known as Fiery Sanctum.

Ranging Flame
This skill will be unleashed should a Fiery Sanctum field created by Dehya herself already exist.
Dehya will perform a leaping attack, dealing AoE Pyro DMG before recreating a Fiery Sanctum field at her new position.
A Fiery Sanctum field created this way will inherit the remaining duration of the previous field.

Ranging Flame can be used only once throughout a single Fiery Sanctum field’s duration.

Fiery Sanctum
When an opponent within a Fiery Sanctum field takes DMG, the field will unleash a coordinated attack, dealing AoE Pyro DMG to them. This effect can be triggered once every 2.5s.
Active characters within this field have their resistance to interruption increased, and when such characters take DMG, a portion of that damage will be mitigated and flow into Redmane’s Blood. Dehya will then take this DMG over 10s. When the mitigated DMG stored by Redmane’s Blood reaches or goes over a certain percentage of Dehya’s Max HP, she will stop mitigating DMG in this way.

Only 1 Fiery Sanctum created by Dehya herself can exist at the same time.

Walk this fiery ordeal with me and purge all impurity, just as a beast of flames that must descend from the blaze.

The Lioness’s Bite
Unleashing her burning anger and casting her inconvenient blade aside, Dehya enters the Blazing Lioness state and increases her resistance to interruption.
In this state, Dehya will automatically and continuously unleash the Flame-Mane’s Fists, dealing Pyro DMG, and when its duration ends, she will unleash an Incineration Drive, dealing AoE Pyro DMG.
If a Fiery Sanctum field created by Dehya’s own Elemental Skill “Molten Inferno” exists when this ability is unleashed, Dehya will retrieve it, and then create another field once Blazing Lioness’s duration expires. This field will take on the retrieved field’s duration at the moment of its retrieval.
In this state, Dehya will be unable to cast her Elemental Skill, or perform Normal, Charged, and Plunging Attacks. “Normal Attack: Gold-Duster Assault” and Elemental Skill “Molten Inferno” will be replaced by “Roaring Barrage.”

Roaring Barrage
Unleashing Roaring Barrage within 0.4s after each Flame-Mane’s Fist strike will increase the ATK SPD of the next Flame-Mane’s Fist strike.

Even the flowing flames must obey her rage and at her command become her fangs and claws.

Passive Skills

The Sunlit Way
Increases the Movement SPD of your own party members by 10% during the day (6:00 – 18:00).
Does not take effect in Domains, Trounce Domains, or Spiral Abyss. Not stackable with Passive Talents that provide the exact same effects.
Unstinting Succor
Within 6 seconds after Dehya retrieves the Fiery Sanctum field through Molten Inferno: Ranging Flame or The Lioness’s Bite, she will take 60% less DMG when receiving DMG from Redmane’s Blood.
This effect can be triggered once every 2s.
Additionally, within 4s after the Fiery Sanctum field manifests, it can increase the Interruption resistance of characters. This effect can be triggered once every 8s.
Stalwart and True
When her HP is less than 40%, Dehya will recover 20% of her Max HP and will restore 6% of her Max HP every 2s for the next 10s. This effect can be triggered once every 20s.

Constellations

The Flame Incandescent
Dehya’s Max HP is increased by 20%, and she deals bonus DMG based on her Max HP when using the following attacks:
·Molten Inferno‘s DMG will be increased by 3.6% of her Max HP.
·The Lioness’s Bite‘s DMG will be increased by 6% of her Max HP.
The Sand-Blades Glittering
When Dehya uses Molten Inferno: Ranging Flame, the duration of the recreated Fiery Sanctum field will be increased by 4s.
Additionally, when a Fiery Sanctum exists on the field, DMG dealt by its next coordinated attack will be increased by 50% when active character(s) within the Fiery Sanctum field are attacked.
A Rage Swift as Fire
Increases the Level of The Lioness’s Bite by 3.
Maximum upgrade level is 15.
An Oath Abiding
When Flame-Mane’s Fist and Incineration Drive attacks unleashed during The Lioness’s Bite hit opponents, they will restore 1.5 Energy for Dehya and 2.5% of her Max HP. This effect can be triggered once every 0.2s.
The Alpha Unleashed
Increases the Level of Molten Inferno by 3.
Maximum upgrade level is 15.
The Burning Claws Cleaving
The CRIT Rate of The Lioness’s Bite is increased by 10%.
Additionally, after a Flame-Mane’s Fist attack hits an opponent and deals CRIT Hits during a single Blazing Lioness state, it will cause the CRIT DMG of The Lioness’s Bite to increase by 15% for the rest of Blazing Lioness’s duration and extend that duration by 0.5s. This effect can be triggered every 0.2s. The duration can be extended for a maximum of 2s and CRIT DMG can be increased by a maximum of 60% this way.

  1. Zhongli : 100% E uptime, 100% no dmg taken, 100% no interuption + elemental shreds

    Dehya : 60% E uptime, dmg taken converted to DoT to dehya and onfield character still takes dmg, i dunno how much dehya E will increase your interuption resist but not 100% + no elemental shreds

    Why make dehya a tank when you have zhongli
    The only (+) point dehya have is that shes a pyro and have a burst dmg via Q, but that still not enough to beat zhongli tanking ability and his Q utility to petrify enemy furthermore he just needs 40 energy.

      
      • the game is eAsY remember? bRiNg WhOeVeR you want. just slap r5 pulse on aMbeR c6 pErFeCt artifacts. seriously tho no, a decent healer is all you need against husks if you need a defensive option and cant unga big dmg thru with a shield. dehya is not solving an issue hoyo has made, maybe an alternative but a lesser one that doesn’t give any benefit in return and is not worthwhile.

      • Freeze comp. Also, they aren’t a big deal. Like, at all. I brought a shield against them and still stomped them.
        Dehya would probably get decimated by Rifthounds. 2-4x the corrosion per instance applied? Death sentence. Probably wouldn’t be able to switch into her at all without being insta-killed.

          • The problem is that people want powercreep in this game without saying they want powercreep.

            Whenever a new 5* unit comes out, people don’t look at them as just another way to play the game. They look at them as potential replacements so that they can bench previous units (Yelan to replace XQ) and moan when they don’t.

  2. Even after nerfs this girl is still much stronger than ayaka. Poor poor ayaka. She was doomed to humiliation immediately after the release of Sumeru. First, she was humiliated by Daddytham, who deals several times more damage with a f2p build and a crafting sword in a few seconds than an ayaka with her bis in her entire rotation. And now also Dehya. Who deals 2 times more damage with burst even after nerfs and does not require expensive limited supports, just to give at least some damage. Cryo forehead is really the weakest DPS that deserves to become a standard character and become a nightmare to get at the qiqi level.

      
    • This is a big lie.
      ayaka’s elemental burst damage easily exceeds 3000% at lvl 6.
      She can exit immediately after activating Elemental Burst, while Dehya takes 7 seconds to finish the motion!
      This is one of the reasons Dehya is weak

    • You’re calling Ayaka Trash Yet Her Elemental skill with even minimal investment deals at least 1.5x more damage then Dehyas’ now that not to say Dehya is bad she is good better then diluc, but who’s not better then diluc these days and before you say that dehya skill is better it last for 12s on 20s CD so unless im missing something or my math is off that is 8s between Skill Where as Ayaka Has a Decent Way to Decrease CD Yes At C1 but still its more consistent then having to wait 8s at most to use her skill. Also The Reason Im Comparing Their Elemental Skills is Because It is what allows them to use their bursts which is a relatively big part of both of their kit

    • True story, bro. Let’s see:
      *Ayaka has 4141% on ult, crt.dmg in Special Stat and 342 base atk.
      *Dehya have 2316% on ult, HP in Special Stat (without HP-scale, lol) and 265 base atk.
      I think you missed some math lessons at school, didn’t you?
      We realized that you lost 50/50 on Ayaka and are now whining in an attempt to convince yourself and others that she is a bad character.
      But this is not a reason to justify the fact that MHY turns such a delightful character in terms of plot and design as Dehya into a 3* analogue of Xinyan.

  3. The fact hoyo nerf her means she have good performance in recent beta test. In the end, it will be the same like haitham. He quite strong and have positive review by many TC even though got trashed everyday on HH.

      
    • The situation is too different from haitham.
      Her kits are all half-assed and her skill CD’s are on par with 4star.
      You have to wonder why the damage of elemental burst was adjusted in this situation
      Because obviously that’s not where the adjustment should be made.

    • NA : Deals 2 physical damage

      Elemental skill : Inflict 2 pyro damage and trigger Fiery Sanctuary. For two turns, onfield char take 2 damage less and Dahya take one damage. When Fiery Sanctuary is active and Dehya’s HP are 3HPs or lower (even if off field), it triggers Stalwart and True. Stalwart and True : End of turn : Heals 2HP. Duration 3 turn.

      Burst : Inflict 3 pyro damage and gives the Roaring Barrage State. The 3 next NAs are pyro infused (cannot be overidden) until the end of the next turn. After all stacks are consumed, inflict another 2 pyro damage to the onfield char and 1 true damage to each off field chars.

    • If I’m not mistaken, it looks like while they nerfed her burst dmg modifier, they actually buffed her C1. It looks like it does more percentage now.

      • Yeah they locked even more of her potential damage behind swiping your credit card. Her C1 should be her A4 passive, because her HP ascension stat and the max HP increase from her signature weapon are completely wasted on a C0 character.

      • That’s the only thing she offers though. It’s not like she’s going to be a broken pyro support with 2.5 seconds intervals on her E, because that’s so much worse than Xiangling even when you ignore the damage potential of both units. Bad E uptime makes her worse than Thoma in burgeon, and Klee is better than her in mono pyro.

        The only thing unique about her is the damage reduction, which is more easily achieved by playing any shielder or even Xingqiu lmao.

        • People talking about “teamwork” forget that unlike many other characters, almost all Dehua has is her own dmg.
          OK, let’s forget about dmg and remember 4* pyro:
          *Xiangling gives 10% atk from passive ability, -15% to pyro-resistance from C1 and +15% to pyro-dmg from C6
          *Thomas gives you not only a shield (providing 100% damage reduction of 100% stagger-resistance – unlike partial protection granted by Dehya), but also increases weapon damage by 15% on C6.
          They also impose a pyro status for the Melt and Burgeon commands, respectively.
          And what does Dehya give the team? A parody of a shield that is not able to completely block damage and partial stagger-resistance…
          Oh yes, one more nuance – her damage reduction doesn’t even work 100% of the time. With a duration of 12 seconds, his cooldown is 20 – that is, 8 seconds of vulnerability.

            When Thoma was released, people saw very little need for his shield when there are stronger, more consistent options. All he had was his shield and his own damage was relatively subpar even at high investment. But then Burgeon happened. Not saying the case will be the same for Dehya, but I’d suggest giving her kit more time.

      • what else is there to offer by bringing her in the team? u want defensive utility? just bring bennet, he buffs u too and does some good amount of damage on his own. U want damage? Xiangling exists. The only thing she offers is to be a melt ganyu support with nahida or yao yao and even that’s not gonna be any good thanks to her bad E uptime.

        • She can be good for HuTao too, you don’t need a shield and by taking damage, you are sure to stay low life. You have XQ for sustain and your burst as emergency heal. Her skill is slow app so she won’t steal reaction too much, especially if you HuTao double hydro.

          She will shine against anti-shield mecanics like Husk, but it not that common and we already have means to deal against them with healing or crowd control.

          Problem is she don’t bring any utility outside of this mecanic. She brings a bit of damage but not enough to justify her over another defensive char. Bennett heals and buff, Thomas shield, trigger burgeon and buffs NAs, Tankfei shield and buff atk with TTDS or heals with ProtoAmber…
