たまゆら亭 の おはなし
亭 (tei) means
① gazebo, summer house, small inn, also used for names of a tea house or a small restaurant
② used for Rakugo comedian clan/school. Rakugo is Japanese traditional comic storytelling.
If ① its translation is “The story of Tamayura (short period) inn/tea house/restaurant”
If ② it will be ” A story told by Tamayura Rakugo entertainer”
But it seems to convey a double meaning with these sentences:
“Time, oh time, if only we could stop it here,” she mused, and as she did so, raised her sake cup,
Conferring the title of “Tamayuratei” upon the lowly, unknown youkai on the stage.
How good is this on Iansan compared to the devilish amazing Favonius Lance? I just REALLY really don’t want to level a 4th fucking Fav lance help

For now at Ru-lng at R5 it looks like that:
“Increase ATK and Movement SPD by 40% and 10% respectively for 40s when using an Elemental Skill” – quite cool, but incorrect.
