不处于战斗状态下时,莉奈娅进行瞄准射击所需的蓄力时间大幅减少,并会转为射出特制的超便利快捷矢,依据命中的目标,产生不同的效果。若命中的目标为:
·特定动物:超便利快捷矢会转化为特殊的「网」,可以拘出小动物的神形,并以其为媒介,再次化出小动物的形体;每周可使用的「网」数量有限。
·特定矿物:莉奈娅会派出露米,快速破坏被超便利快捷矢标记的矿体,并收集掉落的矿石。若露米不在场上,则会短暂呼唤出露米,帮助莉奈娅获取矿石。

超便利快捷矢对敌人造成的伤害降低为原本的20%。此外,短时间内发射一定数量的超便利快捷矢后,莉奈娅需要进行短暂的休息,才能继续发射。

  1. My initial thoughts on Linnea

    As the third “support” character from Nod Krai, she seems to be following a template more similar to Ineffa than Lauma. Like Ineffa, her sustained off-field damage looks to be among the best in the game (with Vape or Melt Dark Mode Durin being the only other competition). Ineffa has a good shield as a defensive option, but Linnea healing is arguably even better. Linnea’s party wide healing (both the initial burst and the subsequent continuous healing) looks to be only 2nd to Sigewinne.

    Then we have the other forms of support. I feel that the A4 passive is going to be nerfed in some way, because as of now it’s basically a free instructer’s set level buff that is in effect all the time (at 2500 defense for example, that is a permanent 125 EM bonus for herself or Moonsign DPS). The Geo defense shred is good but is somewhat diluted Geo Resonance.

    Obviously Linnea is being seen as Zibai’s dedicated support. Indeed I believe that Zibai will now be part of the uncontested best team in Genshin Impact in terms of team damage (which considering Hoyoverse’s bias towards Liyue, must be fully intentional). However, I believe Linnea is not as necessary for Zibai as expected. Zibai is quite strong already as an individual character, and can make do with clearing end game content with just the 4* characters that were on her banner that just ended.

    In particular, Zibai is very tanky due to being a defense scaling character, so Linnea’s healing is mostly wasted. Linnea also does not seem to give any form of interruption resistance to party members, which Zibai really wants so she can get the lunar damage from her N4. In my opinion, Linnea makes the most for Zibabi if she is missing Columbina or C6 Illuga. Alternatively, Linnea’s early constellations (C1 & C2) noticeably improve her offensive support utility, and can make it a lot easier to brute force Dire difficulty in Stygian if that is one goal.

    I’m alot more excited on how Linnea can help out older Geo characters. These characters have a lower baseline so Linnea top-tier off-field damage and party healing will be alot more significant. Here is my run down:

    ***Navia
    Linnea mostly replaces Xilonen in these teams. Navia best new team will probably be Linnea, Columbina, and Furina, with Linnea’s party wide healing helping to maintain fanfare stacks for Furina while at the same time buffing herself and Columbina’s lunar crystalize damage. However if Columbina is not available, Aino (especially if at C6) could be slotted in for Columbina to maintain ascendant gleam. Yelan or Xingqiu could be an option (as Navia does do some basic attacks in between her shotgun blasts) or Chiori could be used as an additional off-geo damage option.

    ***Itto
    Mostly similar to Navia (albeit he is at a lower baseline being a older character). Linnea, Columbina and Furina is likely the best team for Itto, but I could see a somewhat weaker but still effective Hexerei variant in which Linnea is used as a sole moonsign character (so only 15% Geo shred) but Albedo and Mona are used for the other two slots. So you get Albedo’s increased damage and his EM boosts from his burst (and/or C2 if activated) and Mona’s Omen that buffs both Albedo and Itto even further. Mona’s hydro application isn’t as great but should still be doable.

    ***Xilonen
    DPS Xilonen becomes more viable. Columbina and Linnea are once again a great pair, but a good last slot (as Furina could not be used as a 2nd hydro would break the condition for DPS Xilonen) would be Yun Jun (if Xilonen is grounded and using normal attacks) or Xianyun for a plunge attack focused playstyle

    *** Noelle and Ningguang
    These 4* DPS characters lack the power of 5* characters, but somewhat make up for it higher geo application and the ability to swap on and off field during rotation. Linnea’s “nuke” skill (tapping one) becomes more flexible in usage as it is easy to swap Linnea back on and off to do it. Noelle and Ningguang can then continue applying geo with decent damage to help with the moondrift uptime. Again the Furina, Linnea, and Columbina is probably the best for both characters.

    For non-Geo characters, the Linnea/Columbina core is less recommended than to Ineffa/Columbina because of how the reactions interact. Neuvillette is probably the main exception since he doesn’t really care about any particular reactions, as long as they are going off. Linnea can be used on a variation of his “hyper-carry” team by replacing Xilonen or Kazhua (keeping Furina), or a team focused more on Lunar-Crystalize with Linnea, Columbina, and Sucrose or C6 Jahoda in the last slot.

    In summary, Linnea is looking like a good option for Zibai, and a boderline necessity for older Geo DPS units. Maybe not as needed for other characters outside of giving Neuvillette yet ANOTHER teammate.

    Linnea seems less versatile than Ineffa or Lauma, so she has less meta value. However, that still makes her a top tier character in my opinion.

  2. Sidetracking, art tangent:

    The boss for her mats farming is kinda cool looking. Hello ethereals from ZZZ, now in Genshin Impact. (Luna IV story already had hollows lmao)

    Mostly reasons for these overlap is personal background contact/friends between graduates of same art unis or certain job positions in same countries, no wonder. I see these patterns in Asian artwolrd and artstation for years with similar concepts for character archetypes that get outsourced to same people but end up in 4 different games. But always coming out at the similar time lines, from LOL CN concept artists, to Overwatch & some Battleroyalle skin themes etc, to gacha post 2020 to some unknown mobile slop or MMO games with very busty and similar looking class designs.

    Why am i saying this, cus the internet discussion of plagiarism always exists between “Stolen designs” of characters released in same window of 1 to 3 months but what people don’t know is that to make a character for 3D game it takes at MINIMUM ~7-8 months, from FINISHED concept to execution. With the concept probably laying there constantly changing for full year-two or more even prior to this. So the idea should be leaked or shared behind the scenes WAY prior to release. You cannot plagiarize in a month or two at this scale.

    And here its just obvious company overlap, but its quite peculiar that the people talk with each-other from different departments and share ideas and concepts without ever actually sharing the employees forward and back. I wonder if its this or just some overarching game director things akin to influence like Miyazaki, where he has his favorite Moonlight great-sword, Patches character and something else that he puts in every game just cus he likes it, and everyone knows that’s his personal easter egg typa thing. Cus to me hoyo be repeating certain ideas and i see more overlap lately.

  5. quick and very simplified rundown of her kit and weapon:

    E: geo/lunar crystallize off field damage
    Q: burst and healing overtime
    P1: 15%/30% geo res reduction
    P2: 5% increase of active character’s EM based on linnea’s total def

    weapon: 40% geo/lunar crystallize increase to linnea and 20% of the aforementioned effect to allies.

    linnea is 100% worth it for zi bai but the weapon is not worth the investment.

    • Just to clear up the wording on weapon part (cus there was cases where it meant it like that) the guy here means the team gets half of the 40% damage personal Linea’s increase, which is team wide 20% damage. Not 20% of the 40% (as it was worded with certain artifacts sets like Navia’s, or weapons (dont remember examples)) Otherwise nice sum up.
