ok NOW this is an actual Dehya buff, with this on any character you actually have a reason to run her instead of any shielder, if only her superarmor duration wasn’t as trash tho
Pretty good set.
Works very well with Hu Tao, Hydro Traveler, Lyney, Lynette, and probably more characters to come.
Works EXTREMELY well with DPS Dehya
If you have Kuki c2 you’ll have this buff as long as your character is taking and regenerating HP.
DPS Dehya relies on her burst tho. It doesn’t count as normal damage so the 2 pcs bonus will be useless for her.

Boy, the 2-piece is absolutely broken for Ganyu and Yoimiya, and the 4-piece just screams Xiao and Hu Tao. I get the feeling this artifact is about to be the new meta.
Ganyu already has the cryo set to get +15% bonus dmg and because of the way the game calculates DMG they work out to be the exact same thing. The 2P bonus will only be helpful for 2P/2P sets for budget builds. As for Hu Tao, activating her E will only give her 1 stack which is nothing to write home about and it only last for 5 seconds.
Hu tao gets 1 stack for activating her Skill, but can get 1 or all stacks with her ultimate too if she hits enough enemies, furthermore, Xingqui’s healing will get her 1 stack from heal and 1 stack from getting hit. It’s not that hard to get those 3 stacks actually
Is it confirmed that the stack includes the crit rate bonus as well, not just the duration?
As long as you know how to manage this set, to me it’s just broken.
Now I’m thinking of ayato hyperbloom for instance, or any bloom team where you get dmg. Even burgeon teams ofc. That free 30% is damn high, no need to say it.
We dont have a real charaters powercreep, but for sure there’s artifacts one. This set is to mee extremely valuable, and techinically good for everyone, if you don’t have a shield. Because it says that rate increases etc, but that’s unconditional, is not for normal and charged atk only.
Unless they nerf it, as I fear, this set is cracked. At least for borgeon/bloom teams. Ayato, hu tao, yoimiya, childe, raiden… they all could benefit from this. Maybe not first choice, ok, but 30% helps you a lot to fight that shit RNG

taking the memes out of the chart, this set is crazy, 33% crtr on 4p is juice, but a free 15% dmg on normal and charges on 2p? this is soo strong
you can run this on yoi, hu tao, ayato, even itto, yanfei, tighnari, wanderer can use this well

GOD tier 2 piece with a crap(?) 4piece, pretty sad unless if we got some characters to drain our team HP like those crap inazuma wolves debuff. BUUT if we got a support to drain/heal at the same time we can build EVERYTHING greedy AF with a CDMG or EM Circlet and still get high crit values, if this happens the current abyss gonna be too easy to lategame players even with c0 characters…

nah, the duration is too short, unless maybe you play burgeon tao but then youre more likely to die depending on who’s your dendro. her being at full health only helps in survival but it’s far worse for her damage so i dunno how you come to the conclusion that it somehow lets her take advantage of it tbh
