From what I understood: Redmane Blood ticks for 10s, this passive will reduce the Redmane Blood damage taken for 6s.
NOW I UNDERSTAND: The Redmane Blood will stack while she is off-field, but wont damage her till her get on-field. So this passive is actually super usefull, imagine having to tank a full rotation of 386 damage taken. ? (Seriously its usefull on her kit, its just that us don’t take that much damage)

Does this give a blanket 60% all DMG reduction while Redmane is chipping away health, or are just the Redmane ticks reduced 60%?
