Does this set still works if the character is switch out?

Wait, I guess the buff is 16% + (16% * 1.5) = 40% Geo damage bonus
and not 16% + 150% = 176%

For the second half of the 4-piece, does it affect geo bonus damage AND the atk% or just the atk% and is it accumulative or additive, for example, would the 18% atk go to 27% atk (accumulative) or 45% atk (additive) or geo dmg from 16%-24% or to 40%?
Just the Geo DMG, the increase changes from 16% to 40%.
Doesn’t the flower kinda look like the Lumine’s flower in her hair?-
too bad crystalize shields are paper thin and can be dropped far from your character, don’t think this is gonna be too consistent or good to be played around
The main thing to remember is that Nighttime Whispers in the Echoing Woods is meant to be Navia’s signature artifact set, and based on how I interpret her skill, if it’s held down it will suck nearby crystalize shards so chasing them down many not be necessary.
A 40% Geo Damage (2.5x the 16% base) buff is significant enough to put up with the flimsy protection the shields give. It’s going to mostly be a matter of constantly making shards so one can always be picked up to replenish. Maybe instead of 1 second, if it took 2 or 3 seconds until the buff Geo expires that would make this set a little easier to use.
This is obviously Navia’s signature set, but in addition, Ningguang FINALLY gets a full set she can use after over 3 years. The Geo Traveler could also make use of this set, but less effectively.
Very niche set unfortunately.
