For Xiangling, Missive Windspear is better than Dragon’s Bane. If you can only use The Catch on Raiden.

Wavebreakers Fin is good for Shenhe if you can get your hands on it.
According to what I understood, this weapon is broken it can be stacked unlimited, imagine you character triggered an reaction every second(depends on reaction ICD) so there is an moment that attack is increased by 120 percent and em by 480 and this only at refinement 1 and 1 reaction per second.
