How do I obtain this sword?
You can’t, it’s an unreleased weapon, so it’s in the game files, but unfortunately Hoyo decided to not make it obtainable once the game released.
Given that it appears to be the Claymore equivalent of the Black Iron Sword, I’d wager that WHEN Hoyo decides to make it available by talking to a random, unassuming NPC.
