Nope, just look at the circlet. it’s Skirk design elements. Not trying to argue, but just to point it out. Let’s rejoice, it’s an aesthetically matching set!
This will either be a really fun set that works on many characters if the 0 energy means the buff activates when reaching 0 energy, and lasts until you use NA or Burst,
or
The 0 energy means literally 0 energy at all times, meaning this is going to be the most exclusive bs lame artifact set that only works on Skirk and nobody else
What this is telling me is that Skirk is gonna have a burst like Mavuika, or probably more like Acheron in terms of design and execution. There is no way another character other than her can take advantage of that, and we still have her on the way. Feels like 5.6 is going to be her and Ifa since his model debuted recently as well.
latest leaks say that skirk is similar to chiori.

use normal attack after e and the clone will attack very fast.
or instead use q after e and swap to the next char (just like chiori e+e) and the clone stays on field to attack slowly and apply cryo.
energy is at 0, so maybe like mavuika fighting spirit.
maybe one more clone with constellations (just like chiori).
weapon type should be sword and she could be hp scaling.
should have made the set more universal for cryo characters.
I’m confused, how are you meant to take advantage of the +40% elemental burst damage, if you need to have 0 energy?
I’m not fully sure but maybe it’s a fancy way of saying that, when you use your burst you gain both effects.
Assuming that’s correct:
– If you have a constant damage burst like Kaeya/Layla it will lock you out of the NA buff and increase burst damage, which would be fine for off-fielders.
– If you have a quick damage burst like Wrio/ Chongyun you will maintain the NA increase.
Assuming I’m incorrect:
– Our next Cyro character will probably drain their own energy for more power like Sethos and this 4-piece set will be useless for anyone other than that character.
I’d imagine someone will clarify this better, but I’ll do what I can.
So mauv can burst with no energy but it doesn’t do as much dmg as full burst, I’d imagine this cryo char is very similar to mauvs burst.
But again this set is newer than any of the new chars in 5.5, it’s probably similar to the Emilie set. Out early for adopters but you know unknown.
some characters can deal burst damage after using their bursts (Yelan, Xinqiu, Raiden…)
Actually almost all burst damage are dealt after the burst is used, and unlike elemental DMG%, burst damage bonus (or anything specific to attack type) does not snapshot, so the more problematic thing is to remain at 0 energy or the buff will be lost. This makes me think if Skirk has some way to keep herself at 0 energy.
…Now that I think about it, Skirk might as well (like Mavuika) not use normal energy at all, so she will have neither ER problems nor any anti-synergy with this set (which also kind of make sense lore wise, but damn these hyper-specific sets)…

The only others atm I could possibly think of that could use albeit with a rough rotation, would be Ayaka and Wrio.
But yeah skirk set prob.
It’s quite hard to use on both Ayaka and Wrio though, since Wrio generates particles with his enhanced NAs, and Ayaka’s teammates are constantly generating particles (even if Ayaka herself is not doing skill>burst), both makes keeping them at 0 energy very difficult.
Your correct, but it was just a what we have atm thought, considering the fact both wrio and ayaka can use better (imo) sets.
I’m going to assume like everyone else it’s for skirk but they might pull a fast one and it’s for a different character. (I.E. Emilie’s set.)
