this set is such a bullshit guys… i checked it again with chevreuse, and very rounded the difference between this and hp% + hp% (tenacity and vorouk) is 10k HP to make them equal. If you have more or less 38k HP with everuthing HP%, and 28% with this set, the buff can be similar. Without any limitation which has this set. And if you want, without even leveling her talents if you have enough healing
They really had to make it much better
Regardless of the time-to-activate, the required healing for maximum efficiency and the total damage increase it gives….. who does this set buff other than Xiao? Am I missing someone or is this set made entirely to buff ONLY him.
Those 5 stacks get burned away almost instantly by everyone else who uses normals or skills or bursts, he is the only one who stays on field repeating 1 motion (plunge) 5+ times in a row, without using skills or bursts that would consume them faster…
Like…. what is up with mihoyo here, giving him an ultra limited 4 star support that reruns only with his sidegrade competition, and now a limited 5 star support that is designed to use a set that only works in his team?
What is this madness?
From my understanding it benefits anyone with high multipliers, regardless of how fast the stacks are used or how high the base dmg is. It doesn’t matter if the character deals 1 base dmg or 100.000 per hit, since the dmg gain from this set is additive to this number and only influenced by dmg multipliers like crit or dmg bonus.
As for ACTUAL usecases the set gets overshadowed by other sets fast. You would have to run it through some numbers only the hardcore TCs can tell you in order to find out if it is any bettter than Noblesse or TotM, but definetely not VV. In my opinion it is made for teams who can’t utilize the existing sets well, like HP or DEF based teams that have healers in them. But so far I can only think of Neuvilette comps.
