that’s pretty smart, if you pair with furina you can focus on DEF% and ditch ER and CR.
this works at full hp and without enemies, so 5 times r5 proc (cooldowns take a while) when picking up the radishes of yaoyao restores her full burst
They missed a chance again, to make a real HP spear (less atk more HP)

I think you missed something; this polearm has the high base attack low sub stat spread for four star weapons. It seems like a good middle ground between Favonius lance and Black Tassel. Offering high base attack, some HP, and still restoring some energy if you build your comp around doing so.
It works on full HP chars which is actually great I must say! I just crafted and tested this on Mika.
Yaoyao and candace would certainly enjoy this
Perfect for Candace, this allows her to be built with significantly less ER. That means more buff and damage. I just hope that the passive can be proc by over heals.
It’d say “including overflow healing” like the description for Ocean-Hued Clam set says if it did. Wouldn’t craft one unless a character comes out that drains all party members’ hp or such to reliably proc it
Apparently, though not mentioned, the weapon’s passive still works despite its wielder being at full HP. Tested on Mika.
