Dude, considering the other 3* weapon that had a passive that niche was removed from the game during the CBT2, i have to wonder if they made this thing have a dud passive on purpose as an inside joke for making Zhongli too strong in order to please the CN playerbase.
mihoyo really should make a 4 star hp% wep for toma and candice. that is actually good. the bonus damage to slimes is fairly meaningless for those units.
