Playing Genshin Impact.
You change to pneuma or ousia at the same fountain you claim the refinements (Surging Sacred Chalice) of the sword. You get Surging Sacred Chalice offering Drained Conch Cup at the “Little Fountain” in Annapausis after completing World Quest Rowboat’s Wake. Drained Conch Cup are quest items you gain completing some world quests.

it’s not the awakened version; the weapon’s skin changes depending on the choices you make in the world quest you get it from.
The sword’s appearance and the Arkhe it will deal – according to recent leaks – will change depending on your choices in the world quest you receive it in, so the awakened icon given here is wrong. You don’t have to worry about it not looking that good on your Traveller; provided you make the right choices.
