Apparently, the passive duration was changed from 12 secs to 16 secs.

Well, that would at least make it usable by Mona, Ningguang, and Sucrose at least.

Are there any cool down for each stack to be register like every 0.3 sec or something? If not, Klee could gain 3 stacks after only use elemental skill 1 time and she has 2 charge.

i dont think that it’s counted based off of when the elemental skill actually hits the opponent, its when the skill is used, so she would get 2 stacks if you use her e’s consecutively, but you’d have to wait for cd to end to get another stack

the weapons passive is when an elemental skill is used, so there’s no cooldown but it doesn’t work how you think it does

Is this worth pulling for even though I already have Lost Prayer

      No.
If you’re f2p, it is not worth it by any mean to pull on this banner, unless the second weapon is another big shot, for example:
      Kazuha’s sword, Yoimiya’s bow, mistsplitter, Eula’s sword…

i think its ok to pull if you also have raiden/kokomi (whoever is running with yae in first half) just incase you lose your first 50/50

I think that this weapon is not worth the pull unless the banner’s other 5 star is very good (and still you may get none of those). If I pull for her then she will end up with the The Widsith.

I think the stack duration refreshes once getting a new stack cuz otherwise they would mention it like the black cliff weapon series – “stacks are independent of one another” this bit right here

I just watched “smackdaddyking” video about this weapon and he did the math so supposedly r5 widsith out damaged it no matter what buff you get and lost prayer etc give like the same dmg as this weapon.

      • Philospilos on 17 January 2022 at 8:19 pm
      • Reply

then tell him he does not know what math is because this weapon at r1 has 11% more crit dmg/ 100 more base attack and AT BEST 32% motion value (96/3 but only if you get elemental dmg, em and atk does less). this weapon at r1 in the other hand increases skill dmg by 36% and 12% elemental dmg BUT ~70% of yaes dmg is her skill dmg so (even after her new buff) ->36/100*70+12=37,2% more motion value compared to 32%(this weapon has more more base atk, more cdmg, more motion value)… widsith r5 is second best and very close to this weapon r1 (so probably not worth pulling for but still stronger) what makes yae a bit more ftp friendly.

His “math” always has some errors, he just takes surface values and makes up some arbitrary math results..

So, really only characters that can use this weapon to its full potential is Yae Miko, Yanfei and Lisa (so very limited use but very powerful)

      • Shiku on 16 January 2022 at 4:38 pm
      • Reply

Not even Yanfei because she only has 1 charge of her skill with 9 sec cooldown. Yae and Lisa are the only ones who can reliably get all 3 stacks. It can be good on Ningguang because her skill has high scaling and the Crit DMG is appreciated for her charged atks and burst. The same with Klee but her skill dmg scaling is not so good so the weapon’s more of a stat stick. Not so much on Mona and Sucrose because they’re better as supports than as damage dealers (Mona’s DMG Bonus for freeze and Sucrose EM sharing/VV for vape/tazer).

This weapon is kinda OP, there is no downtime on the passive like Broken Pines
Yae Miko’s E already has 3 charges, so you can have the 3 stacks instantly and the CD is only 4 secs, so you can just keep refreshing the bonus and have 36% E damage and 12% Electro all the time.

Yeah nah. It has almost 100% uptime but it’s hardly “OP”

That was my thought as well… It seems so meh compared to the other weapons from 2.0 onward. At least give us something fun and unique even if it doesn’t benefit combat (like lost prayer’s 10% move speed)

I was wondering why it felt like it was missing something, you’re absolutely right it doesn’t have a conditionless stat buff.

If rather have 12% attack speed, that reaches 24% at R5. Her NA and CA casting times are so slow so this would sort of fix it.

I wonder if this works for Mona if you use her water dash related passive to create her lesser version of her E ability. Tuna sword works for Eula’s Walmart burst so it’s not so far off a reach.

      For Yae? This one.
Widsith has 98 less base atk
WIdsith has 11.1% less crit dmg
Widsith has 66% less effect time(10s effect once every 30s)
Widsith has 1/3 chance to get the effect that you want

For others, it depends on the CD of their E and the length of the battle, plus on whether or not you can profit on 2/3 or all the buffs of widsith.

Well, at least it’s still closer to her appearance than Mistsplitter Reforged is to Ayaka. LOL And A2 appearance change makes it a bit more pink, so a slight improvement. Regardless, the only time she ever brings it out is for her charge attack animation. When she does normals, skill, and burst, it goes away, so you won’t even see the weapon the mast majority of the time. As for the weapon’s appearance, pretty sure they wanted to reference the Tesla Coil.

The kagura suzu is definitely the main inspiration, but with the weapon’s rings being bigger and thicker, it also gives me the image of a tesla coil which also fits since Yae Miko is electro.

Yeah its deffinetly supposed to be a kagura suzu obviously
but i think it also should look like a tesla coil on the pictures i saw showing kagura suszu’s they had LOTS of bells and not like 8
and the electro sigil-ish desing implicates its an electro weapon
          so both is right
