    Actually based on the current datamine leaks she is a dps healer but her jellyfish doesnt do as much damage compared to her auto attacks and charged attack considering it currently scales off of Attack with a likely translation error. Healing Bonus is also a very good stat for her because of her ascension passive. Hp%/Hydro Damage/Healing Bonus is the best build right now.

      Oh but if it doesn’t affect Charged attacks then not that good for Barbara. We’ll need to see what it looks like when finalized. This current description looks buggy and weird in many sense.

    If the current leaks are correct, she’s a “healer”.

    Her real role will be DPS focused on her jellyfish as a turret, therefore, you should definitely be going hp%/hp%/hp%

    A healing bonus Circlet works out much more valuable than a hp% circlet. Kokomi’s passive means 15% of her healing bonus is transferred to the hp damage bonus %. This means 35.6% Healing bonus = Just over 5% more damage bonus. So during her burst, her increased damage of 8% and 12% now becomes 13% and 17%. This increase in damage is around 1,000 more damage as compared to 8% and 12% with just the extra HP. This also means her heals are more effective. So I would go for a Healing Bonus Circlet with a hp% substat.
