Item Story

"The west wind bears wine's fragrance away,"
"The mountain wind brings glad tidings new."
"The breeze from afar tugs at my heart,"
"It sings of my longing for you."

Long ago, there was a knight who was ever dour of countenance.
Only a certain song could ever cause his brow to unfurl,
And only a certain girl who sang that song in the square,
Could cause him to forget the great burden of his duty for a time.

But at last, calamity came upon this land.
The songs that had once flown joyfully in the wind were drowned by a venomous dragon.
In the wake of its earth-shaking footsteps, even the cries and the flames were ripped asunder.
The Anemo Archon heard their agony, though he had refused to rule.
But to protect his old friends' dream, and defend the wind-kissed fields of green,
He woke from his long slumber anew, and with the sky dragon into battle he flew...
The Knight and his knights also fought for their land.

When the venomous dragon fell to ruin on the ice-sealed peak, the blue sky dragon fell asleep in the ancient tower.
But the Knight was in the valley, spent of his life's blood, and as he fell, he could only think thus:
"She is abroad studying, so she should be well. But ah, how I wish to hear her sing again."
"At least Arundolyn and Roland are alright. When she returns, this calamity should have blown over."

The songs in praise of the archon and tunes that recorded the battle of the two dragons were many, but all slowly became lost.
The song the girl loved to sing, too, changed upon her return.
"The dandelions carry in the summer wind,"
"Autumn brings the fragrance of grain."
"But no wind in any season on earth"
"Shall have you gaze upon me again."

And after her voice and her tears had run dry, the girl swore to use her life's flame to cleanse the world's crookedness.

Isn’t this bow really similar in terms of design and color combination from the weapon Keqing holds on her character banner? Could the two actually be related? or just a design flaw?

Boreas Precocity. It could be the weapon Keqing is holding on her splash art.

Tested on Amber and Fischl, both are great to enable the weapon’s effect. I mainly use it on Fischl because of the high base attack (Amber doesn’t need high atk as a support, Favonius Bow is better for her for this role). I really like this weapon because it boosts the whole party, where the Thrilling Tales only boost one. I recommend it in a firework Childe comp.

The bow says “all nearby party member” does that means it works only in co-op?

Many other abilities that have the exact same wording, and they work with off-field party members in single player.

It is probably worded that way to specifically include co-op.

Would also like to know this as albedo 100 mastery states the same and I don’t see changes in other characters mastery on solo when switching to them on character menu

So heres what you want to do with it : switch to your support archer, use burst and skill, switch back to main dps and your main dps will get 20% ATK & 100 EM buff is that how it works?

Se especifica que no se acumula con bonos del mismo tipo, asumo que se refiere a efectos como la propia noblesa

compared to The Stringless, I think this can be a good “IF” for all party member. but for solo-ing stuff with Venti, grabbing The stringless is way better EM provided + dmg increase to burst and skill.

      • Odenta on 13 March 2021 at 12:53 am
      • Reply

EM on venti is only okay at best since his burst has an ICD on swirl so it only procs about 3 times per burst. That’s why the stronger Venti builds opt in for Atk/Anemo/Crit and not EM/Anemo/Crit.

The ER on this bow is overkill, but it basically makes it so Venti never has to be on field to completely refill his energy when he swaps out after his burst as solo anemo.

This is better than Stringless unless you want Venti in particular to do, but with that being said Stringless is better on other characters like Fischl anyways.

Stop typing rubbish, Odenta. And from what I can gather, this weapon is only a team-based weapon. It’s not that good if you are playing on your own, especially Abyss.

Wtf is this bow, why is it so OP this just makes sucrose completely useless for some players, you can now hit 1m+ with your dps units with little to no effort with a support venti or diona i feel like people are underestimating how OP 320 EM support is at r5 while also giving 40% attack

      • petank0 on 12 March 2021 at 10:14 am

yea but you’ll have to actually R5 that crap with no guarantee, it’s not as if it’s accessible to more than 0 1% players. this is fine

I think the 120 EM at R5 is only for the weapon wielder. Party members only get 200 EM from the R5 passive.

This bow is not craftable for sure, they’ll make a shit ton of money from the whales because this bow is arguably the best weapon for support 320 EM at R5 is more than what sucrose gives and she is always on show cases to hit 1m or more with dps units, while venti can do this with just his burst and really easily

Have no idea how to utilize it for her. Usually she wants EM for herself before press q, if she play with pyro dd. But she can’t activate it’s passive without ult. It’s looks really nice if you wanna hit in cryo with your pyro dd, but usually you can’t because pyro stronger, than cryo. So u can’t trigger passive in the first case, and can’t trigger right melt reaction in the second case and as a result this bow’s passive gives only ATK%, but not EM

This could be really good for Diona. I’m confused though by the last little bit, does that mean it won’t stack on top of noblesse buff, or that two elegy of the ends would be bad in one group?

My guess is, that this is a part of a series weapon. That said, maybe they will have swords, polearms and catalyst counter parts which may or may not have the same effect as this bow, but comes from the same family.

For instance, the other weapons may have Millennial Movement too, but might have other songs in play. Much like the current Widsith effect, except in case of Widsith it only that it only applies to the characters holding it. Since Millennial Movement Songs apply to the whole party, perhaps you can activate one at a time, and if that’s the case, then it won’t stack should you activate another song from the same weapon series.

To conclude, my best guess is, it won’t stack with its own family weapon series, but it will stack effects from artifacts, other weapon passives, food buffs, and skills.

Most likely the second one. It says the SAME effect, and noblesse isn’t the same effect, and it is possible(for whales) to have two or more of this weapon, so it’s saying you can’t have a 4 bowman team popping huge buffs left and write, though that would be very fun.

Still think skyward harp works better for venti. venti doesn’t need energy recharge anyway, crit rate is way better for sub dps venti. However if youre using venti for pure support then I guess this could work.

Probably. Amber ultimate duration is 2 seconds and hit multiple times, so she could use the passive, probably even faster than other characters like Ganyu.
