Oz's full name is Ozvaldo von Hrafnavins. Where I hail from, he holds dominion over star and sky across three universes, and the souls of the mighty, fallen in battle, rest in the shadow of his wings. One should add that the penalty for mispronouncing his name is to have one's tongue torn from one's mouth. However, as I am a princess and you are one who has my favor, we are at liberty to simply call him, "Oz." | ||||

That chap could eat me for breakfast! Well, I'm so puny I probably wouldn't even get caught between his teeth, but... Anyway, I don't want to die!" "Hmph! You are supposed to be my familiar. Not everyone gets to be the Prinzessin der Verurteilung's familiar, do you understand? Consider it your honor to dedicate your life to serving me!" Fischl is able to see through Oz's eyes. Whenever she wants to, she possesses Oz and looks down upon the earth from the sky. Whether she wants to inspect the flora on the Stormbearer Mountains or observe a disturbance in Wolvendom, through Oz she can see anything and everything. Thanks largely to her unique ability — and, to a lesser extent, to her own effort and peculiar personality — Fischl quickly went from the rookie investigator of the Adventurers' Guild to a respected rising star of the organization. She's certainly done well for herself. She only landed the coveted position of Investigator at age fourteen in the first place because her parents managed to persuade the guild master. Then again, would they really have had to do much persuading? If she's the Prinzessin der Verurteilung... one can only assume that would make them the Kaiser und Kaiserin der Verurteilung. |

It's said that there is currently a "Fischl Dictionary" in circulation among the adventurers. Namely, a book that aims to translate Fischl's peculiar way of speaking into something more understandable. For example: "I hear... echoing in the abyss of time, the burning winds of the old, all of which shape the spire forgotten in the torrents of karma" would translate into "Stormterror's Lair"; "Servants of the Verurteilung name! As you have requested, prepare to receive the great wisdom of the prinzessin" would be "I'll look into that and let you know ASAP"; "Rejoice! O, ye servants who long for the blessing of the prinzessin; venture now deep into the battlefield with hearts of the tiger" means that the initial investigative work has been completed; "All has been written in this tome of dark prophecies" simply means that her journal has been updated with the latest reports. However, the "Fischl Dictionary" is actually just an in-joke, not a real book. Those who are familiar with Fischl concentrate on what she means to say, not the way in which she says it; she notices this and takes it as a sign of true respect. "Aha! So you do understand. Then fate does indeed bring kindred spirits together." Those who manage to adopt her speech mannerisms when they respond to her will find she is both delighted and bashful, and praises their language-learning ability. "A prinzessin should always give praise where praise is due... Now, let us converse some more. Do not be mistaken; these are to be the foundations of the new world..." |

Oz and Princess Fischl are not only close friends but also servant and master, with a shared soul and fate. Their first encounter was mentioned in "Flowers for Princess Fischl (I): End Time Zersetzung" When the lone pilgrimaging princess reached the kingdom of eternal twilight, the fate-resisting royals chose to deny everything in their desperation. They refused to recognize Fischl's noble stature and mission as the princess of the Immernachtreich; denied their 13,000-year lineage as a branch of the royal family; and forsook their own nobility and restraints as humans... devolving into clumsy and vicious beasts. In the palace of Twilight and amidst the teeth of the beasts, the princess shed her sacred blood on the ancient emblem. At the moment of her peril, the dark wings of the night ripped the trapped, wounded princess from her despair and took her under its wings. Following the scent of her noble blood, Ozvaldo Hrafnavins, the King of Ravens came to the princess and pledged his eternal loyalty. |

There is a story that goes as follows. A long time ago in a place far, far away, there was a tiny little girl. The girl's parents were busy adventurers. She spent most of her childhood in the library, traversing the countless universes that were contained in the pages of the library books. She became the ruler of the Immernachtreich, summoned Thundering Retribution as a royal princess, and formed a soul bond with a Raven... ... "███, what books did you read today?" Her parents asked her on one of the rare occasions that they were home between adventures. She proceeded to tell them the story she had read from her favorite series. "...And then he said, Fischl von Luftschloss Narfidort, you are the Prinzessin der Verurteilung, my proud daughter. You shall never surrender your nobility and dreams.'" "Oh, that's a lovely story. Since you like it so much, ███, how about I call you "Fischl" too?" Her father smiled, put his hand on her head and repeated the words from the story to her. "Fischl, you are my wonderful princess and my proud daughter. You shall never surrender your nobility and dreams." These kind and loving words lit up her world. However, the time with her busy parents was always fleeting. Unable to fit in with her peers due to her obsession with fantasy novels, she often felt lonely and sad. At these times, she would remind herself: "I am Fischl, my daddy's wonderful princess. It's true, because Mommy and Daddy said so..." "Never will I surrender my nobility and dreams, for they are... a princess' rite of passage." |

Just like in the universe of "Flowers for Princess Fischl," entropy begot destruction. In other words: The girl who loved to dream grew up. On her fourteenth birthday, those of her peers who refused to accommodate her quirks belittled her once again. "This is but a minor setback for the noble princess. My parents will understand," she thought to herself. For if she knew one thing, it was that as a princess she could never surrender her nobility and dreams. But when she threw herself into her parents' arms in need of comfort, she was met instead with gentle words of exasperation. "███, you are fourteen years old now. It's fun to make-believe, but eventually you need to grow up and put your childish dreams behind you..." And with that, the same voice that had once lit up her world now tore it apart. That day at midnight, she hid herself in the library she knew so well. She had a strange feeling that she was being watched... Suddenly, she heard an otherworldly flapping of wings. Sure enough, she looked up and her red, swollen eyes met with those of a night raven from another world. What transpired afterwards is another story... Fischl doesn't much like this story. Thinking about it causes her to feel suffocating pain and soul-devouring loneliness. Maybe one day, this story will be written. But that would be ███'s story, not Fischl's. Fischl has but one identity: she's the Prinzessin. As long as she remembers this simple and perfect logic, with a little bit of nobility and a touch of kindness from others, nothing can ever hurt her. Things are looking up for Prinzessin Fischl these days — not only does she have Oz, but she has finally met a traveler who, just like her, comes from a different world... |

The novel series "Flowers for Princess Fischl" is available as a collectible set. Due the tiny numbers in circulation, it is a priceless commodity amongst loyal fans of the author. But no matter how elegant these works are aesthetically, their worldview remains incredibly bleak: Every good, bright and noble thing must eventually fall to inexorable entropic destruction, and the final destination of the universe is the realm-in-waiting of the Prinzessin, Immernachtreich. This is the fate of all worlds, of the universe, and all who live in it. And the Prinzessin and her loyal companion, the "Night-Severing Raven Oz," Ozvaldo Hrafnavins, are the World Beasts who will swallow all dreams. At the very end, at the end of karma itself, she will grant all the gathered souls her benediction, and use her Thundering Retribution to cleanse all that is ugly and wicked. The Prinzessin will then set her own heart ablaze, and the universe shall be born anew in its immortal light. But before all this can come to pass, the Prinzessin must first roam many universes, and see countless new sights. Thus it is perfectly within the spirit of the original work that the Prinzessin should be stuck as an investigator for the Adventurers' Guild in a slightly backward world. Just a little twist of fate, nothing more. The Prinzessin will come to understand someday that each moment of her life, no matter how insignificant their little twists could be, is to be treasured. After all, the Prinzessin's very own Phantasmagoria is made out of ones such as these. |

So, is Oz just an imaginary friend who only exists as a figment of Fischl's subconscious? Our story begins with the royal heirloom, Edelstein der Dunkelheit — that is to say, Fischl's Vision. When her wish was acknowledged, the raven Oz and her Vision both appeared before her eyes. That night, at dinner, Oz got on most well with Fischl's parents: "Ah, mein Kaiser und Kaiserin der Verurteilung, forgive mine overstep, but the beans in your house are too delicious." "Oh, then please, help yourself. This is the first time little ███ has met a friend she can bring over for dinner since she turned fourteen. This is a special occasion." "W—What are you saying! I... One does not simply cavort with the plebeians!" —And that's what happened. For all intents and purposes, it seems that the Kaiser und Kaiserin der Verurteilung could both see Oz, and both believed Oz to be the Prinzessin's first friend. As for the "Adventurer Who Bears the World's Curses," the "Visitor From Outer Worlds" and the "Strange Fae-shaped Emergency Sustenance..." They would become the Prinzessin's new friends, though that would happen even further in the future. |

Full cleared abyss 12 using physchl, if anyone is interested: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=OrOBled5Id4
yeah she’s clunky but what you’re saying is a demonstration if someone who never touched a console or pc in their life was thrust into the spiral abyss with little instruction on how to use yae. her rotation takes like 5 seconds at most, idk which main dps you play that takes 5 seconds to deal dmg on field, at that point it’s your sub dps. it’s literally not that hard to press your skill 3 times, burst, and press it three more times. you act like time passes as fast as it does on that one planet from interstellar whenever you switch onto yae. in your delusional world, do characters that aren’t your main dps just get on field for -3.141592653589793238462633 seconds and your cooldowns magically disappear? that’s not how this game works.
yae whiteknights high in copium be like
team recs for phys (c5) fischl? i have shenhe, albedo, qiqi and all 4 star supports that could help her.
currently running a compound bow, is the inazuma one better?
not all of them are built^ but according to the best team i will raise them. any help is appreciated ^^
First of all, what is your goal?
Keep in mind that if your goal is to clear abyss, then you absolutely wanna cancel that phys fischl plan. Phys fischl is far from powerful and should be attempted only if you know that fact, otherwise you’ll be living in delusion.
Otherwise, best team for phys fischl with what you got there is yunjin, albedo, and diona.
If you don’t have diona, then qiqi may work in a dire pinch, but it’ll be extremely sub-par compared to diona because qiqi’s cryo is melee, and phys fischl play in range, so you’ll find a hard time doing superconduct, and also diona give both shield and healing, further benefitting from geo resonance.
That being said, don’t take it too seriously because phys fischl is basically yoimiya on a wheelchair. And yoimiya is not even good due to her single target limitation. Even with single target in mind, hutao is just infinitely better than yoimiya in that scenario, so phys fischl whose several tier below D tier yoimiya would perform significantly worse.
nah, im just a casual that doesnt even explore. i chose fischl cuz i like her and she shares her jp voice with my favorite female anime mc xd
just looking for a new team with characters i like thats fun to play with, and since im at it, why not make my fischl a shotgun? (as much as she can be lol)
i found a team to use: shenhe, qiqi, xingqiu. its not meta, but its fun to use and the enemies die quickly.
i dont have a full artifact set, but ill start farming some pale flame. currently im using 2set glad with no phys dmg bonus. dw about the cr/cd ratio, i got it down.
how about the weapon though? hamayumi or compound bow? theyre both r1.
Go tazer: Xingqiu, Fischl, Beidou, Sucrose, super fun and easy to use. Only downside is have to build well 3 characters (XQ, Fischl, Beidou). And hard team to use agaisnt corosion (Prototype Amber on Sucrose if needed does the job). Sucrose is main on field since she deals good damage with reactions. But Fischl can too. With some counters with Beidou if you feel like it. All the craftable weapons can work well on them.
I’m really new to fischl. (I built her now at ar57 XD) my question is.. how much ER do I need on her ? (On a double electro team and with her being the only electro). I assume I at least need a bit ER so I can burst with her often, and maintain 100% uptime on oz.
She actually doesn’t need much Er since she doesn’t wanna Q off cd. You wanna use your E then 12 secs later Q then 12 secs later you wanna E again. This means you are using her Q only every 24 secs. Combined with her absurdly high energy generation you only need about 120-125% Er.
Her C2 increase Nightrider’s AoE, does this mean damage when using skill or when it attack? or both?
when using skill. the attack has no AoE.
In my opinion, for Eula mains or anyone who farm for pale flame
Fischl is one of the best support for them.
And you may use 4 tenacity which increases your team’s potential.
That’s why I want to get her C2.
If not for the higher crit rate, higher up time, tailor made weapon, possibly stronger E than crowned from slightly higher EM, AoE E, and insane nuke of a burst, Yae and Fischl would be the same
You mean, if you buff fischl alot she would be the same as Yae.
I think he mean if you snapshot a buff with Fischl cuz yae can’t do it lol. And he forgot Fischl c6
Ah, yes. If we take Yae, and remove Yae, and add Fischl, she would be just Fischl.
Meanwhile in yae land, proven to be dysfunctional because a 4 characters team with her in the team perform better by not switching to her at all lol.
Yae’s burst is a net negative value, and her turrets are net negative off-field dps because of the time required to perform all of those moves.
If you’re going to spend on-field time to do DPS, might as well run another main DPS like childe, doing vaporized burst for 200k damage super quickly, no need to fumble around pressing E 6 freaking times.
To put yae into another perspective, Xiao can just jump 3 times and he’ll out-dps yae’s burst, and he can jump 8 more times just to make a point. And yet, xiao isn’t a meta character because more powerful characters exists.
Why are we comparing yae to main DPS? Because that’s how long she lingers on field. The amount of time she needs to set up her turrets, blow it all up with her burst, doing fancy long animation, then fumble around all over again, it’s main dps level of on-field time.
Meanwhile fischl just press E and quick swap. Press Q, then quick swap immediately to cancel the flying animation entirely.
Your waifu is dysfunctional, so go demand a buff from hoyo instead of huffing on that copium tank.
POV: u are comparing yae E and oz
Caught in 4K lol. Their damage looks pretty identical. Yae E fires every 3 seconds and there are 3 of them. Oz fires every second and there is one of him. They have almost identical multipliers.
lmao just did
Guys! New skin just leaked, LET”S GOOOOOO
but her default is perfect …
I’m an AR 56 endgame player. I’m pretty much as burnt out from this game as I can get.
Today, I started an F2P account and managed to pull Fischl and Mona in Beginner’s wish 😀
I can’t believe I slept on Fish for so long- she’s an awesome character and Oz is just a BEAST. (Literally lol)
I was worried that it would be boring to start the story over again and at such a low level, but it’s been so fun playing both of those characters (who I don’t have raised on my main) and just…awesome to go through the game again with fresh eyes. This is such an awesome game with so many hours of content, but it’s so easy to get jaded and cynical about it after you play in the grinding stage for so long!
If you’re reading this, I hope you keep going, and keep enjoying the game- regardless at what stage you are at !!
P.S.
In a couple of weeks, I hope to see one of you AR 57’s carrying me in the Level 60 Childe boss fight domain LMAO. See you all then <3
Thank you, I wish the best for you too, hopefully the message will come through to more people
I don’t find a precise answer to this, so I hope someone can illuminate me. Considering her at c6 (I dont have her at 6, I’m asking also to considering to pull her like this and create, in case, a proper build) it’s still better to give her attack and electro cup? if it says 30% joint attack on the base of her attack, the electro cup should not be considered, right? now im using a full thundering fury, also to decrease her E cooldown, but I guess it’s totally better x2 fury x2 shimenawa at c6
You forgot the “as electro damage” part.
Phantasmagoric!
Honkai Fischl’s ultimate can be implemented in Genshin TBH. Imagine if her ult is similar to Amber’s but with an electro dmg buff to entire party
The best electro character currently in the game. Sit on A tier in my personal 1.5 tier list. The only reason she is not on S tier, is because electro is a crappy element.
i heard that they are buffing electro in 1.6 or 1.7
I hope they’ll do. Currently, transformative reaction is just some neglectable extra.
ouch
aged like milk lmao
This obviously did not age well.
Laugh voices, huh.
Can’t wait for more!
Fischl + elegy bow + millelith = 40% atk + 100 EM
if you add noblesse from another character: 60% atk + 100 EM
Fischl shouldn’t equip Tenacity of the Milleleth unless she’s with Xiao + Low Investment. Otherwise this is just not Okay. Keep in mind she’s a Sub-DPS not a Pure Support.
What’s wrong? That all tier lists put Fischl as sub-dps and I can’t use her as support?
Fischl is the ONLY character (at the moment) to give you 20% atk from 4p Millelith and 20% atk + 100 EM from Elegy Bow
When they release the new 5* sword Albedo could do it too: 20% atk from 4p Millelith and “Increases Normal, Charged and Plunging Attack DMG by 16% + 20% atk” from new 5* sword
What you can’t afford is that this is unique and benefit all team even if they are “sub-dps” =)
all it does is take away her 2 piece bonuses you could get from using other sets, doesn’t change the build much.
her c6 will be broken with the new set (the millelith) which has a stacking effect per e hit
Does she get higher DPS by spamming aimed shots or using normal attacks?
Why “大幻梦森罗万象狂气断罪眼” isn’t here?
(In “Fischl can not lose yet”)
Best girl
Is the damage done by Oz for Fischl’s C6 considered Elemental Skill damage?
hi, how can i upgrade the talent to lv 15?
you can’t yet, the highest anyone could go rn is lvl 11 on normal atk(with Childe’s passive) lvl 13 on both E and Q
constellation 3 and/or 5
C6 Fischl is strong.
Basically she does this,
445% aoe on summon
189% every second
30% every .3 or so second whenever an active character atk
80% whenever you do electro related reactions.
442% aoe/line then resummon OZ to do the above again.
